So, we all have this dread of making dinner !! What will we eat tonight ?! 🙄🤔 But, here is a delicious dinner that my kids love and literally takes 15-20 min to prepare:
- 5 Garlic cloves diced up
- 2 onions finely chopped
- onion powder
- Garlic powder
- salt to taste
- Six potatoes cut into chunks
Place on the bottom of the 9×13 pan the onions, and on top the onions place the chopped up potatoes. Lightly sprinkle on the potatoes and onions the above spices, and spray Pam so it sticks. On top of the potatoes place the chicken thighs and spray with Pam and sprinkle on the above spices. Bake covered @350 for 2-3 hours depending on your desire.
You have your protein and starch easily prepared!
