Arayes Pita Pockets
Ingredients
- 5 Pitas
- 1 Lb Ground Meat
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1/2 Diced Onion
- 3 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- Pepper
Notes
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, tomato paste, paprika, diced onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Cut the pitas in half. Fill each half with 1/4 cup of meat. Make sure meat is spread evenly throughout the pita. Brush both sides of the pita with olive oil.
3. Place pitas on a baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
Tips:
Serve with techina for dipping, and Israeli salad on the side.
