Meat Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups water
- 4 chopped basil leaves
- 8 oz spaghetti
Notes
Add ground beef and salt to a large pot, cook for 3 minutes while breaking apart the meat. Add onions and garlic, cook for another 5 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes, pepper, water, and basil. Make sure the liquid is covering everything. Cover and cook on low for about 20 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Enjoy!
