Best Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder

Notes

1.In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until you have a smooth consistency.
2.Coat a frying pan in Pam or a thin layer of salted butter. Heat up on medium flame. Pour pancake batter into coated pan.
3.Once the center of the pancake has small holes, flip and cook the second side. A tip to know if your pancake is ready to be flipped: shake the pan and if the pancake moves with it it’s ready!
4.Remove from pan and add whip cream, syrup, or any delicious toppings! Enjoy!
Tips:
Feel free to add chocolate chips, blueberries, strawberries, or anything you like to the batter before cooking.
This pancake batter freezes well. You can make a batch in the beginning of the week and freeze in single size portions, removing from freezer and defrosting to enjoy a freshly baked pancake in minutes at any time!
