– 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
– 15oz can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
– 8oz mozzarella ball, cut into small cubes
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
– juice of 1/2 lemon
– 1 tsp salt + additional to taste
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp dried basil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
– 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil leaves
