Orange sorbet:
8-9 seedless mandarin oranges
optional ingredients
1/4 coconut milk
1-2 T honey or maple syrup chocolate chips and sea salt for topping
Peel mandarin oranges. Add peeled mandarin orange segments to a baking sheet and freeze. Once the oranges are frozen add to a food processor and pulse for a few minutes to break up the oranges. The texture will be dry at first but keep blending, scraping down the sides, and it will get creamier. If needed you can add a 1/4 cup or so of coconut milk to get it creamier, but this is optional. If you want a sweeter sorbet add maple syrup or honey. Once your sorbet is creamy add to a bowl to serve. Top with melted chocolate and sea salt. Enjoy
