Salmon Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 pound salmon filet
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • tehina

Notes

1.Cook the rice.
2.Preheat oven to broil setting. Place salmon on a baking sheet with foil skin side down. Brush salmon with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
3.Mix water, garlic powder, and onion powder. Coat a pan generously with olive oil, add broccoli. Cook on high heat until broccoli starts to brown, then reduce heat to medium and add water and spices. Cook for another 5 minutes, add salt and pepper as needed.
5. Assemble the bowl, add some tehina on top and enjoy!
